Job Description

The roles and responsibilities of welders and fabricators are as follows:
Show knowledge and skill with MIG and/or TIG welding processes and characteristics
Have a knowledge of working with aluminum and stainless steel
Set up and tune welding machines for proper weld penetration and cosmetics
Read prints and measurements (fractional and decimal)
Have experience and skill in layout and use of measuring tools
Have experience with standard metal working tools (hand and power tools)
Minimum and Preferred requirements:
Willing to train motivated individuals
Must have a good attendance record
Must have a can do attitude
Must be willing to work in a team environment
Must be detail oriented
Experience with fitting up and welding intricate assemblies
