We manufacture, import and export packaging machinery to Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Our equipment is used in numerous industries, including medical, pharmaceutical, food, and electronics.

ROLE AND

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clamco is a growing manufacturing company that is looking for a Welder to work 1st shift. This is a long term, permanent position.

TIG and MIG Welding is required.

Experience in welding of sheet metal, stainless steel and aluminum (3-5 years’ experience preferred).

Must be able to finish a clean weld, keep cool temperature and hand-fit corner to corner welds.

Must be able to grind own parts.

Must be able to read blueprints and weld joint designs.

Strong overall mechanical aptitude.

Strong fitting background.

Ability to read a tape measure, calipers.

Maintain good housekeeping by keeping tools, material and equipment in proper place.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Basic Math Skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently. On occasion, lifting and weight exceeding 50 pounds may be required.
