WARN Industries are looking for new Welders & Fabricators to join our dedicated crew on Swing shift. Our Welders and Fabricators do their part in making World Class Winches every day. This is a fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn how to do Robotic welds, as well as MIG/TIG, operate drill presses, laser cutters and so much more!

You don’t have to be well versed in welding to join our fab team, you just need to have a mechanical aptitude with some experience working in a shop where you learned how to use measuring instruments, lift trucks, hand tools, power tools, grinders, etc and you must have the desire to learn new skills. We want folks looking for the next step in their career, not just another job.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

6 months experience grinding, welding, and/or fabrication preferred. Experience in Robo Welding would be a great asset.

Must be able to read a blueprint and perform gauge reading.

Experience with hand grinding is important. Employees will be continuously standing, grasping repetitively while using fine hand manipulation.

Employees must be able to lift up 40lbs unassisted and occasionally up to 50lbs.
