Chant Engineering, located near Doylestown PA, is looking for an energetic full-time MIG Welder/Fabricator. The full time MIG Welder/Fabricator must have with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. The MIG Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for welding and fabrication for our customized machinery. The qualified MIG Welder/Fabricator must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug and background test.

Responsibilities:

Fabrication of machines and equipment.

Operate machines and tools such as grinders, band saws, plasma cutters, mag drills, handheld drills, levels, squares, welders, etc.

Perform various work from blueprints and drawings

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Fabrication experience.

Ability to read and work from blueprints and drawings.

Knowledge of set-up and usage of MIG and TIG welders.

Knowledge of measuring device usage.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.

Ability to operate lift equipment.

Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
