Froedge Machine and Supply Company is looking for an individual to fit, weld, and fabricate parts and frames.This individual will not be a production welder. The job shop environment will change from day to day. If you like blueprint reading, fitting all types of welds, brake and metal working. Great benefit package.

Job Status: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead activities of machining processes during the manufacturing of components

Assist in creating production planning scheduling and materials acquisition to establish production priorities and plans using ERP software

Create and / or oversee the creation of CNC part programs, set up sheets and tooling requirements using MasterCam to meet quality and delivery requirements

Support the set up, operation and maintenance of equipment

Coordinate quality inspections to minimize wait time, troubleshooting tolerance issues and modifying machining processes to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of products

Work with management and others to solve production issues and offer suggestions for changes in design, inspection procedures and the use of equipment
