Partec Welding and Fabrication, we are a fast growing company, with openings for day shift 8:00am-4:30pm for EXPERIENCED and HIGHLY skilled welders/fabricators with a minimum five years of recent experience. The ideal candidate MUST BE PROFICIENT in TIG and MIG, welding of Aluminum and Steel based products. This position requires a positive team player with a honest and professional attitude. Someone that is self motivated with the ability to complete jobs in a timely manner, able to problem solve with little or no assistance. Must be able to proficiently read and understand prints, weld symbols and precisely measure. Must be able to weld products of exceptional quality. Must pay attention to detail while maintaining a high level of productivity. Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance. Additional responsibilities would be proficient in the operations of facility equipment and the ability to operate a fork truck, drill presses, saws, cranes, etc… Must maintain all equipment in a manner that does not compromise safety. Excellent attendance and punctuality a must. A weld test will be required upon interview. Must have a valid drivers license with an excellent driving record and pass a background and drug test. Hourly pay rate will be based on experience and skill level. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with these qualifications to grow with us!
