Welder and Fabricator – MIG

We are looking for an aluminum welder and fabricator to work in our metal shop. The candidate must possess strong MIG welding skills and will need to be able to build and fabricate parts on time. The qualified candidate must be a high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be motivated by a competitive industry and be results, detail and team-oriented.

Qualifications

Responsible for building aluminum bulkheads, bow assemblies, and various components for Trailer Tarping Systems.

Ability to lift and move the finished bulkhead and aluminum assemblies using a forklift for staging and warehousing purposes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.

Proficient with numbers and ability to measure accurately.

Minimum three (3) years past experience with MIG welding of aluminum bar and stock. Prior experience with TIG welding is a plus.

Excellent attendance.

Ability to read and write in English.

High school diploma or a GED.

Full-time positions available immediately

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Overtime offered during our busy times.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience.
