Saw Operator

Work Schedule:

Monday thru Friday; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Overtime is coming in early plus weekend

Rate:

$15 to $18 per hour

Job Description:

We build the machines from the ground up and the first step on every project is cutting the steel for our welder/fabricators. You will see everything you cut; turned into a part of a machine. We have 5 horizontal band saws that we would want you to use, clean & maintain. We also have a 10 ton overhead crane that will do the bulk of the heavy lifting for you.
In time you could learn how to weld here as we have trained dozens of people from this position.

Cutting steel tubes, angles, channel, I-Beams & flat bars per blueprint cut list

Preparing machines for paint, running a drill press, some mechanical assembly, and material handling

Experience with band saws, sit-down forklifts & overhead cranes are all a plus but not required

Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32″
