Hours are Mon-Thursday 7 a.m.- 6 p.m.

Positions are now open at The Attic Lift in Arp, TX. We fabricate for both custom and production lifts. We are currently seeking individuals to do start to finish custom Attic Lifts and straight production welding. This will include MIG Welding fabrication with a ground and contoured finish. — Ability to run modern plasma table and software. — Employee will be required to finish their steps before passing to next department. Some duties might require Production bandsaw operation, grinding, cleaning, painting and assembling lifts and making ready for shipping or installation.

Our product is Easy to Build, this means, production Quality must be high.

Welding test, Tabel operation, interview and drug testing are required for employment.

We reserve a 90 Day Probationary period for final pay evaluation and/or permanent employment.

Skills required will include but are not limited to MIG Welding and use of multiple other hand and stationary production tools for use with wood and steel. Better placement would include person with production bandsaw equipment, electrical wiring skills on small motors and Building Maintenace experience.

Must be able to take verbal and written instruction and complete assignments in a timely and orderly fashion. Welding test and plasma operation will be done before employment.

Cell phones are permitted on your breaks only. Any emergencies can be relayed through our office.

There are many duties required of this position. Candidates must be Physically able to stand and walk for extended times. There is lifting of 50+ pounds involved in this position. Math skills a plus.

Our standard workday is from 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday thru Thursday.
