A small Clackamas manufacturer is seeking someone to join our team of motivated and hardworking people for a swing shift position. We are a job shop that does CNC machining, laser cutting, metal fabrication and welding for various industries.

If you have experience with MIG welding, and enjoy working with aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel, and reading drawings and blueprints for accuracy, this could be the new opportunity for you!

Job Details-

Production welding

Verify conformance of work pieces to specifications using squares, rulers and measuring tapes

Align and fit parts according to specifications, move parts into position, manually or with hoists

Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or sub-units

Use jigs, welding torches, and hand tools

Study job drawings/blueprints to determine material requirements and task sequences

Qualifications/Experience-

1+ years MIG Welding (Preferred)

1+ years TIG Welding (Preferred- but not necessary)

Fabrication Experience (Preferred)

Motivated self-starter with the ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks

Takes pride in their work and owns mistakes

Ability to adapt to new and changing work environments

Forklift operation experience a plus

High School Education or beyond

Valid Driver’s License

Work Hours: 2:30pm to 11:00pm Monday – Friday

Overtime may be available, depending on workloads and needs.
