Qualifications:

Must have MIG welding experience; preferably with steel doors and frames (hollow metal doors & frames)

Must be able to accurately read tape measures

Must have tool experience (MIG welder, saws, grinder, power tools, etc.)

Must be capable of lifting 100 pounds

Must be at least 18 years of age and legal to work in the United States

Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to work in a team and stand-alone environment

Able to work in a fast-moving environment

Ability to handle several projects simultaneously with interruptions

Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work each day

Duties include but are not limited to:

Fabricate hollow metal products to specifications from fabrication tickets, shop drawings and elevation drawings, including layout, measurement, cutouts, fabrication, welding, grinding, finishing and painting

Accurately read tape measures, safely cut and weld (MIG Welding) steel, safely use power tools (saw, grinder, sander, etc.) and hand tools

Maintain fabrication and safety equipment

Further develop mechanical skills, learn new techniques and remain current with product requirements

Maintain a safe working environment

Other projects and duties assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: Depending on Experience
