We are a local industrial, manufacturing, and food process construction and maintenance services company in Martinez, CA looking for experienced and qualified steel workers, pipe fitters, millwright workers, mechanics, and foreman, who are self-motivated, have good work ethics, and interested in growth opportunities to fill full time positions. Preferred Experience:

· Experience in Construction and maintenance services preferred

· Experience in Industrial, food process, and manufacturing settings

· Ability to work well with others

· Willingness and ability to work with your hands

· Experience in use with small handheld and power tools

· Ability to read a tape measure

· Blue Print Reading

· Layout Skills

· Ability to perform a hydro-test on installed systems

· Ability to create quality isometric shop drawings

· Leadership Skills required for supervisory positions

· Ability to work independently without supervision preferred

· Knowledge and/or skills in C.S. (stick), C.S. (TIG), and S.S. (TIG) are preferred

· Journeyman level positions: 3-5 years’ experience installing, repairing, maintaining, carbon steel and other types of metal pipe required

· Journeyman level positions: 3-5 years’ experience for structural fabricator, welding, millwright positions

· Supervisor Positions: 5-10+ years’ experience for foreman and superintendent positions
