DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures mechanical or structural integrity of equipment and facilities is maintained as one of the following: welder, fabricator, electrical, installation or plumber.

Performs preventative maintenance projects, as well as coordinating the build out of special projects as requested.

Assists and ensures all equipment is functional and work areas are returned to a clean, neat, orderly, and safe condition according to policy and procedure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Years of Related Experience:
3 years related experience.

Experience in mechanical, electrical or knowledge of boiler maker is preferred.

Licensed electrician preferred.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot through strong communication and listening skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and assignments.

The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Solid ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, electrical diagram, work orders and procedure manuals.

Good ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

General computers skills may apply.
