ICR Resources LLC – Silex, MO

ICR Resources LLC is a fast growing, full-service Automation and Integration provider. We are
looking for a candidate to fill our Welder / Fabricator position.

This position will be tasked with working an in-house machine shop for the dedicated purpose of
manufacturing components, structure and machines.

Job Description

Fabricate components, structures, and machinery from print.

Able to weld tube steel and frames

Able to weld overhead and in difficult angles

Strong welding skills are a must

TIG & MIG stainless

Must be skilled with hands tools

Must be willing to use shop equipment. For example: brake press, saw, forklift, etc.

Stainless welding is beneficial

Manual or CNC machining is a plus

Willingness to learn new things

Candidate must work closely with engineering to foresee issues and correct problems when

they occur. So good communication skills are a must.

Candidate must be open to all aspects of machinery design and build. From solid model to

saw cut, water jet cut, weld, mill, drill, tap, brake, and pretty much anything all the way to a
final product.
