Location: Evansville, WI
Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $20 – $25 per hour; Rate based on experience
$5,000 sign on bonus (Portion paid out every 90 days throughout 1st year of employment)
Hours: 1st shift, 4:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday; some overtime on occasional Saturdays.

Lays out materials and weld/assembles end item per engineered drawings.
Essential duties and responsibilities
include the following:
Prepares materials for fabrication.
Lays out materials and assembles end item per engineering drawings.
Performs tasks needed to fabricate end item which may include: cutting/threading pipe, thermal cutting, welding, grinding, assembly, painting, and packaging.
Works with Sales and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met.
Maintains inventory of perishable items.
Practices safe work habits and 5S housekeeping techniques.
Specific skills
Able to use measurement tools
Welding
Thermal Cutting
Able to read and interpret prints
Work with hand tools including but not limited to: wrenches, grinders, drills, etc.
Possess good communication skills
Able to operate a forklift

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
