We are a US-based, fast-growing metal fabrication manufacturer with over 120 years in the industry. We are located 20 minutes south of Cincinnati in Harrison, OH. We deliver high quality machinery world-wide. We are looking for an energetic, positive, enthusiastic and focused individual to join our team, and assist in the continued success and growth of the company. We want you to help us spread our long-standing name and our beautiful products within the market space as well as build our online brand. Experience with digital and print ads, e-mail Marketing and social media is a must.
Your Role
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create designs for a variety of different marketing channels to be used for campaigns on social media platforms, digital/print advertising, trade shows, apps, websites and blogs.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
- Strong sense of design and typography
- Strong creative skills and ability to contribute and collaborate within a team setting
- Ability to use AV equipment such as cameras, video recorders
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Customer focused and detailed oriented
- Organized and resourceful
- Ability to constantly improve and optimize
Not Required But Welcomed
- Front and back-end web development skills (CSS, HTML)
- Storyboard/video design
- App Development (iOS, Android)
- Website management using Squarespace or similar platforms
Required Education
- A completed Associate’s degree or higher or post-secondary diploma in marketing or other related field. It is preferred, but not required, to have 3-4 years experience in a graphic design or marketing related field.

Responsibilities
- SEO-friendly creative Content Writing for Website, Blogs, Social
- Campaign Content Writing for Brochures, advertising and sales promotion materials
- Creation/Design of marketing materials for social, digital and print campaigns
- Support ongoing marketing projects and assist in the implementation of company marketing plans
- Create and edit promotional content for Social Media & Company Websites
- Social Media engagement/management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.)
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop, camera, video recorder, and phone. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
