Fitter/Welder/Fabricator
M&J Industries is an industrial custom fabrication shop looking for high quality candidates who have a minimum of 4 years experience in structural fitting/welding and interpreting detailed drawings. Candidates must be highly skilled in MIG welding; TIG welding experience is a plus. Candidates must be willing to work at a fast pace and be flexible to tackle other tasks in addition to welding, when required. Knowledge of metal forming and processing is also a plus. Candidate must have ability to communicate well with other shop employees and supervisors.
