Our Fabricators produce top-tier quality in their work in order to uphold the expectations that Ore Designs has set for their clientele. Working with 10+ other skilled Welders allows for collaboration and teamwork that propels innovation, creativity, and excellent craftsmanship.

Who Are We Looking For?

We need talented individuals who are motivated in producing creative and high-quality products!

We are looking for experienced Fabricators who are eager to develop their skills further with structural welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components.

What We Are Looking For!

We are currently seeking talented Fabricators to add to our growing team. We have opportunities for welder performance qualifications/certifications in accordance with the American Welding Society’s weld code standards and potential future opportunities in weld inspection, robotic operation and programming, and the opportunity to be mentored by highly skilled, veteran fabricators, as well as CWIs and Welding Engineers.

Ultimately – we need our selected candidate to be a quick learner and have to ability to work in a fast-paced results focused environment where quality and accuracy requirements are high.

Required Duties and Responsibilities: *

Must be proficient in GMAW/MIG welding process

Experienced in structural welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components

Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation

Basic math skills

Strong attention to detail

Proven ability to inspect own work to ensure that it meets the structural integrity of aesthetic requirements and other quality standards set forth by weld code and company quality assurance policy

Preferred Experience:

GTAW/TIG welding experience (preferred)

Skilled and experienced fabricators are given preference

Candidates with less experience who possess the characteristics and passion for metal arts and welding/fabricating – Ore will provide on the job training to become a member of a highly capable and multi skilled Fabrication Team.

What Would My Schedule Be?

Full Time, Swing Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00am

How Much Would I get Paid?

We know the competition and want to treat you well!

$24 – $26 hourly; DOE. Eligible for pay raise after 90 days.
