Pinnacle Metal Works is a manufacturing job shop with large local customers now hiring for a Fabrication shop Hands On Foreman Position. We are looking for a highly skilled fabricator welder and various trades individual to supervise and work alongside our team of welder fabricators and machinists.

Ideal employee will have the ability to work from prints to manufacture fixture, and other fabricating jobs by utilizing our shop equipment and supplies, (saw, welders, drill press, mill, etc.)

This position requires an individual with at least 10 years of welding/fitting experience, 5 years of foreman experience and who is very quality-minded. Work is varied and custom. This individual must be a self-starter.

Job Requirements

Oversee all shop functions and ensure quality, timeliness, and efficient production

Perform custom MIG, TIG, and Fit Up job duties as required.
Have the ability to expertly weld stainless steel, carbon steel and Aluminum.
Must be able to read blue prints to perform welding and fit-up responsibilities.
Must be able to work independently, and effectively oversee all shop projects.
Valid driver’s license required.
Verifiable experience in metal fabrication.
Operate forklift.
Requires the ability to operate basic hand tools and measuring devices.
Ability to safely use all metal fabrication related tools.
Commitment to safety.
Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with the possibility of overtime and weekend work required at times
