Fabrication/Assembly Technician
to join our growing team! This role will work closely with our experienced team members in Fabrication, Assembly, Logistics, and Engineering to produce high-quality hydraulic power units and other assemblies for our customer base.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Layout, welding, and assembling hydraulic power units and other assemblies according to schematics and other drawings using established HAWE procedures
Conversion, welding, assembling, and testing of HAWE product accurately and according to quality standards
Maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping of the assembly & test areas
Supporting the company with a positive attitude and teamwork
Secondary Job Responsibilities (with training):
Set up and run performance tests on pumps, motors, and valves on the hydraulic test bench
Engraving new model code plates for newly assembled and/or repaired components
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic components (when required)

Job Requirements
–
A qualified candidate must possess the following skills:
Ability to weld sheet steel in all positions
Stick, MIG, and/or TIG welding capabilities
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and/or schematics
Strong knowledge of mechanics and their operations
Basic computer (Windows-based) skills and MS Office package
Preferred Skills:
Current Welding Certification
3+ years of fabrication experience
General working knowledge of Hydraulics
