Experienced Sign Fabricator
. In other words, a person who enjoys creating signs on all scales, is creative, loves the handcrafting part of making beautiful signs, and does so with a sense of pride.
This role is for Experienced Sign Fabricators only
– we are a busy shop with multiple customers looking to us ensure their signs are made properly with quality, attention to detail and care.

Summary of ​​​​​​Responsibilities include:

Weld, craft, build, create signs

Use of various mediums

Welding on various signs and more

Channel letter creation, placement

Electrical wiring of signs

Metal fabricator work; prepare, weld, and fabricate metal structures and components

Read, interpret and create signs, products per client specifications

Constructing templates when/if needed

Use of company-wide workflow software program

Participation in building best practices to help ensure a streamlined workflow is repeatable and sustainable

Excellent communicator, works with team, owners and as needed on site with clients

Installations as needed, hours may be day, evening as the project requires

Detail focused, your work is your signature, you take pride in the results

Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly deadlines

Can work as an independent contributor and as a team player

Applies accurate mathematical equations to jobs

Proficient ability to create with a variety of materials, techniques

Comply with company and state safety standards and regulations

Perform quality checks

Paint letters, sign, displays as outlined, specified

Serves as a problem solver

Flexible for what the day, project holds

Requirements

High School Degree or GED

Previous experience/work as a sign, metal fabricator

MIG Welder certified

Ability to read and interpret job drawings, specifications, workflow

Mathematically proficient

Requirement – must have 3 years minimum Sign Fabricator experience.

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
