Hiring Immediately for Experienced Welder/Custom Fabricator Full Time Permanent Positions

On Time Fab, Inc is looking for highly skilled
Custom Fabricators
with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Applicant must be a self-starter, work independently with the knowledge and ability to take on a project from start to finish with precision and accuracy with minimal supervision. Job duties listed below are a requirement for this position.

Additional skills a plus: Ironworker, Field Welder, Maintenance Mechanic and Mechanic.

Job Duties Include:

Must be able to read/understand engineering drawings & specs to plan completion of pieces

Cut, grind, machine, and form work-pieces as required accurately including sheet metal, plate, tube, pipe, channel and angle.

Weld components and assemblies, using TIG or MIG on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Must be proficient with all measuring equipment to inspect your own work

Perform final assembly to produce high quality finished products

Requirements:

DRUG TESTING REQUIRED

Must have a good work ethic and desire to produce high quality product for our clients

Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record

Must be self‐motivated and stay productive

Must be committed to safety and shop cleanliness

Must have a positive attitude and be able work within the team

Be able to work overtime when required

Must be willing to learn new skills
